Shipping
Orders are prepared and dispatched within two working days. Courier transit is estimated at four business days, which sets the earliest available arrival date at six working days from purchase. Where a later date is selected, production will begin based on these estimated dates.
The four-day transit figure is the carrier's estimate. We cannot guarantee on behalf of the carrier or customs. Orders that would otherwise remain in transit over a weekend are held and dispatched the following Monday, to protect the chocolate from prolonged storage in uncontrolled temperatures.

Tracking details are issued on dispatch. Should an order arrive damaged or fail to arrive, please contact us with photographs and we will review the matter with you directly.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. As each box is personalised and made to order, cancellations requested after that window cannot be refunded.
